How to create a self-care night with massage candles.

Self-care doesn’t have to be complicated, sometimes it’s the little rituals that help us unwind the most. One of my favourite ways to nurture mind, body, and soul is by creating a cosy evening with massage candles. They’re more than just a flame they transform into warm, nourishing oil that soothes the skin and relaxes the senses.

Step 1: Set the Mood

Before lighting your candle, create a calming environment.

•Dim the lights

•Play soft music / nature sounds

•Pour yourself a cup of herbal tea or a glass of water

•Clear away clutter so your space feels refreshed.

Step 2: Light the Candle
